Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification Required For The Job:

1. For Junior Engineer(JE)(Civil) post, the candidates require a degree of three years Diploma in the field or discipline of Civil Engineering of State Board of Technical Education or candidates should have equivalent degree of Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institute or university.

2. For Junior Engineer(JE)(Electrical) post, the candidates should have a degree of three years Diploma in the field or discipline of Electrical Engineering of State Board of Technical Education or candidates should have equivalent degree of Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognised institute or university.

Age Limit:

1. For UR Category candidates, the candidates' age should be between 18 to 37 years.

2. For Central or State Government employees, the age should not be more than 45 years.

3. For SC/ST Category candidates, the candidates' age should not be more than 42 years.

4. For widows and divorcees women, the age should not be more than 42 years.

5. For physically handicapped candidates of Punjab, the candidates' age should not be more than 47 years.
