The number of vacant posts indicated above are provisional as per applicable roster, which may increase or decrease at the time of interview/selection. This is subject to change without any notice.
2. Eligibility:
  1. a)  For Senior Residents, except Serial No. 3, 4 and 15 above, MBBS with PG degree/ diploma in concerned speciality from a recognized university (as well as the speciality recognized/ permitted by MCI).
  2. b)  For Senior Residents at Serial No. 3 (Nephrology), MBBS with PG degree/diploma in Medicine/DNB in Nephrology from a recognized university (as well as the speciality recognized/permitted by MCI).
  3. c)  For Senior Residents at Serial No. 4 (Neonatology), MBBS with PG degree/diploma in Paediatrics/DNB in Neonatology from a recognized university (as well as the speciali- ty recognized/permitted by MCI).
  4. d)  For Senior Residents Serial No. 15 (Transfusion Medicine), MBBS with PG degree/ diploma in Pathology/Transfusion Medicine from a recognized university (as well as the speciality recognized/permitted by MCI).
  5. e)  Should be registered with Delhi Medical Council (DMC) or applied for registration (Proof to be enclosed).
  6. f)  The candidate should complete the tenure of Degree/Diploma on or before 15.09.2016.
  1. PayScale:
    Pre-revised pay band Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade pay Rs.6600/- and revised pay in Pay Matrix (Level 11) under CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016. Allowances as admissible will be paid.
  2. AgeLimit:
  1. a)  Not exceeding 33 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC) as on 15.09.2016.
  2. b)  Age Relaxation of 10 years for Persons with Disability (15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC candidates).
5. Reservation:
All reservations will be considered in the above posts strictly in accordance with pre-
scribed norms/rules.
  1. a)  SC/ST candidates to submit copy of community/caste certificate.
  2. b)  OBC candidates should submit OBC Certificate as per Annexure -II having date of
    issue on or after 01.04.2013 vide OM No. 36036/2/2013-Estt. (Res-I) dated 31.03.2016 of DOPT, Ministry of Personal & Public Grievance & Pensions, New Delhi.
  3. c)  Persons with disability (PWD) to produce/submit a certificate issued by a competent medical authority.
6. Terms & Conditions:
  1. a)  Incomplete application in any respect will not be considered. All previous applications received in this hospital will be treated as cancelled and only application in response to this Advertisement in the Prescribed form (Annexure-I) will be considered.
  2. b)  The selection will be based on written examination and Interview.
  3. c)  The schedule of written examination will be mentioned on the Admit Card.
  4. d)  OBC Candidates should submit the OBC certificate as per Annexure-II with
    required validity as mentioned at para 5 (b) above.
  5. e)  The list of rejected candidates, after screening of applications, will be displayed on the Hospital website (www.rmlh.nic.in) / notice board of the Academic Section latest by 10.09.2016. All representations regarding rejection should be received in the Section latest by 15.09.2016 till 4:00 P.M. and no representation will be entertained after the date mentioned above.
  6. f)  Crucial date of determination of eligibility with regard to age will be 15.09.2016.
  7. g)  The tenure of Senior Resident is for 03 (three) years including any service rendered earlier as Senior Resident on ad hoc/regular basis in any govt. institution. Under no cir- cumstances, the total period of Senior Residency shall exceed three years, at the time of Joining PGIMER & Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. The appointment will be ini- tially for the period of one year, which could be extended for a period of three years on
    annual basis, subject to the satisfactory work and conduct report.
  8. h)  Candidates must be registered with Delhi Medical Council before joining the post, if
    selected.
  1. g)  Other service conditions will be applicable as per service condition prescribed from
    time to time by the Government of India.
  2. h)  The candidate who is already in Govt. Service should submit No Objection Certificate
    from the present employer.
  3. i)  Inter hospital/Inter Institutional transfer shall not be permitted.
  4. j)  The candidates must submit the copy of following documents (self-attested) along with application form. They should bring the original certificates at the time of interview;
    1) Certificate in support of age (10th class passing certificate).
    2) Certificate in support of educational qualifications.
    3) Medical Registration Certificate with Delhi Medical Council (DMC)/ receipt of registra-

    tion.
    4) MBBS Passing Certificate and Mark Sheets.
    5) Internship completion certificate.
    6) Undergraduate/Post Graduate attempt Certificate.
    7) Proof of publication/presenting paper in conference.
    8) Caste/Community/Disability Certificate where applicable,
    9) OBC Certificate only as per Annexure-II
    with required validity as mentioned at para
    5 (b) above.
    k) The candidates must submit the application in the prescribed form (Annexure-I) and paste recent passport size photograph on it. All the documents must be self-attested including his/her photograph on the application form.
    I) The candidates are advised to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the advertisement.
    m) The competent authority reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Certificates submitted. If found incorrect, the candidature will be cancelled without any further notice.
    n) Application should be accompanied by a Demand Draft of Rs.500/- for Un-reserved & OBC Candidates [non refundable], issued after the date of advertisement, drawn on a scheduled bank in India, in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer, Dr. R.M.L. Hospital, New Delhi payable at New Delhi. SC/ST candidates and Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates are exempted.
    o) It must be ensured by the candidates that Application in prescribed form (Annexure-I) along with latest passport size photograph along with Self attested copies of all documents should delivered/received, either through post or by hand, at the Central Diary and Dispatch Section, Near Gate No. 1, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi latest by 31.08.2016.
    p) The Hospital will not be responsible for any Postal delay.
    q) In case the number of eligible candidates who qualifies in the written examina-

    tion is high, the hospital may shortlist the number of candidates to be called for
    interview.
    r) Jurisdiction of Dispute: In case of any legal dispute the jurisdiction of court will be Delhi/New Delhi only.
