Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification Required For The Job:

1. For Company Secretary post, the candidates require a degree from a recognised institute or university. The candidates should also be the member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The candidates also require minimum one year of experience working in Company Secretaries branch of a listed company or reputed organisation.

2. For Accounts cum Commercial Manager post, the candidates should have done graduation in Commerce or Economics from a recognised institute or university with at least 50% marks.

Age Limit: The candidates' age should not be more than 38 years as on 01 Feb, 2016.
