Educational Qualification Required For The Job: The candidates should have done graduation from a recognised university with minimum 60% marks and the candidates should have Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretary of India. The candidates should have at least seven years of experience working as Company Secretary with adequate exposure in a Private or Public sector bank or reputed listed company.

Age Limit: The candidates should not be more than 45 years old as on 01 Feb, 2016.
